Macro World
Strictly speaking this section of the Shoot Stock gallery is devoted to both Macro (reproduction
greater than 1:1 ie magnified to life-size or greater on film / sensor) and Close-up (reproduction less
than life-size ie big / close-up view but not magnified / not greater than 1:1 on film/sensor)
Where possible we will provide the magnification ratio as part of the image capture data. For
commissioned work we will provide exact magnification details.
In general we use Nikon 35mm SLRs or Nikon DSLRs to capture images using a variety of
accessories: Macro lenses, reversing rings, macro tubes, bellows or supplementary lenses, together
with a variety of methods of illumination to suit the job.
We have the ability to shoot to order and believe that all is within our power! We thrive on
challenges! Test us!!!
