We plan our work each year as much in advance as we can.
Primarily this is because we have to book flights, hotels, cars,
studio facilities and support staff where this is required.
In spite of this we often have time available in our schedule to
accommodate commissioned assignments. On such
occasions we will negotiate a price based on the job, excluding
travel costs, though any additional costs specific to the
assignment will be included and advised before being incurred.
In accordance with standard practice in the photographic
industry we retain copyright ownership of all images captures by
us. Usage of the images commissioned by our clients is on a
licensed basis ie we license the buyer to use our images for
specific purposes in a specific time-frame - during which time
usage is exclusive for the purpose / geographical region /
period under license.
We can also license on a Royalty Free (RF) basis which permits
the licensee to use the images for whatever purpose they wish
